"Carol's help with navigating the process of finding a home, knowing what to look for, negotiating through the final cost, and closing has been terrific. She's very thoughtful, listens extremely well, and asks the right questions. She has contacts to help with every possible situation. She helped us find and negotiate for a home that was a great fit for us, rather than biting off more than we could chew. We highly recommend Carol to anyone considering buying a home."

"Carol Hunt was a wonderful resource when my husband and I started to consider selling our house. Her research was thorough and thoughtful by considering so many aspects including the age, style and other variables that set her market analysis apart. What was most comforting was her ability to help us navigate and consider both the financial and emotional implications of selling a home we had been in for over 30 years. My husband and I endorse her as a true professional who knows her stuff and someone who also knows a lot about human nature."

"All your hard work was greatly appreciated. From pricing, to painting, to photography, to showing our house, to negotiating -- you were superb. We gave you a tight timeline and you got it done. You treated us like family and you made the process seamless. Thank you!"

"Carol is a true professional in every sense of the word. She remains intensely involved in her transactions from the beginning, through closing and beyond. She excels at navigating difficult negotiations and is tireless in exploring every avenue for solving problems when they arise. Her network of contractors and other professionals is invaluable in collecting information and getting things done in short time frames. I am a real estate attorney and always look forward to the opportunity to work with Carol and her clients."

"Carol had a tough job when she signed on to sell our old, unique, legal non-conforming property. But her excellent contacts and marketing skills got the job done. She was readily available to ease my nerves through the entire process. Couldn't have done it without her."
