December 2025. Carol Hunt recently helped my brothers and me sell our family home, a lakefront property in Kenilworth. Carol has something like 45 years experiences as a North Shore realtor. When I first met her, she described herself as a “concierge realtor,” and that turned out to be very true. She took care of all kinds of things, above and beyond what I expected. Communication was excellent. We must have had at least one text or phone call every day from our first meeting to closing. Right off the bat she had the house listed, had a realtor open house, and then a general open house attended by 200 people. Photos and a very professional drone video were posted.
